My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and I was lucky enough to snag an early dinner reservation. Everything about this place is amazing from the food to the staff. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! I feel no other steak can top theirs especially since they only use the top 10%. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful dining experience.
What can I say about Bridgeman's? This streak house is a great experience. The service my party received was excellent, and we received the best care from our server. Even when one of our steaks was undercooked, we received brand new steak and a complimentary dessert. In the end, every single person at our party enjoyed their meal.
My meal consisted of Caesar salad, lobster bisque, and the rack of lamb. The salad was fresh, and the house-made croutons were lovely. The addition of anchovies made for a more authentic dish even if many would prefer the salad without. The lobster bisque was delicious, and you can taste the care in preparation since the lobster's delicate flavor is not overpowered by the broth. My rack of lamb was cooked exactly how I ordered it and tasted fresh. The seasonings on the lamb were marvelous, and I kept wanting more.
If you are looking for a meal that will wow your taste buds, look no further. I would come back in a heartbeat.
Amazing steak got the bone-in filet. It was the best steak I have ever eaten. I have been to many places all over the world. Recommend highly.
This place is what fine dining should be! Our server’s name was Jeff. I hope Jeff sees this. Jeff, we went to all the local places you suggested. You are a true professional at your craft.
The food was amazing, and I was able to try a few items that I’ve never had the chance to try, such as a true dry-aged steak, lobster Mac and cheese, and seared brussel sprouts.
We really enjoyed our visit.
